Legendary & Rescuer Soul Fragments lost!

I purchased ten "Rare Souls" and when I redeemed them, I also received a bunch of "Rescuer and Legendary Soul" fragments.

When I claimed a Legendary Soul from the fragments I just received, I got an error.

When I restarted the app, the Legendary Soul was not claimed, and the fragments were gone. In addition, the Rescuer fragments I had just gotten were also gone!!

The sole purpose I purchased the Rare Souls was to gain Resuer Fragments. Basically, I burned 675 ironite for ten souls I didn't want. (Not completly sure I got all those either)
