I finished all the missions and I collected 708 skulls. where are the other 3 to get to 711 ??

You must not have all 3 skulls for some levels in the Cosmos. If you complete ALL cosmos levels with 3 skulls, you end up with 711.
Most often, people are missing a couple for Number of the Beast (Underworld Madness final level)-----------------------------

The last skull quest (talisman horde) has three skulls you have to complete

Yeah, don't forget the skull quest levels.

Restore the single target damage!
No other character has been nerfed so many times!
Many other characters do much higher damage, and have USEFUL passive skills!
Why do you hate that character SO MUCH?
