prisioner able to stun even when not attacking

Have had this glitch happen a few times during sparton 500 now. The prisoner is either frozen or even dead and one of my characters randomly gets stunned for 2 turns for no reason. Wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this.

This is most likely as a result of a grievous burn being pre-applied - it gives a 35% chance of stunning for two turns. In a lot of cases, a grievous burn is applied from explosive talismans. Good luck
