No it's not just you...I am there as well. Tried to get 3* evo shards for Mummy Eddie, I spent over 300 SoT and got 0...so. It's frustrating but just keep grinding, at least you can run it on auto..

Personally I have noticed more rare souls dropping from petty sacrifices this week, especially yesterday and today. Other than that its been a grind to get anything good whether its rare souls, skill shards, evo shards, etc.

It's not just you, I opened many, many souls of all types afterwards including 9 legendaries and more than 40 G/A after crappy sacrificing rewards etc, got only maybe 4-5 red eyes outside of the legendary and 0 new toons.
The only thing that I have had luck at is at not getting dup eternals.

Still missing chars that looks like I will never get... I got my FIRST Warrior Troll a few weeks ago, thats completly bs! hahahah

I've got more skillshards in this month than I ever have before. Also got a few new toons just in the past week... Hang in there guys, it'll happen... Before June i had crap constantly lol i'm sure it'll be that way again for a while now... :\

But yeah, the talisman cache and hoard are terrible. The same damn talismans every single time and nothing else, ever. The other skull quests are where its at, especially the gold and soul cache hoards.
