Rewards for Vortex fill

Evening everybody!
On sacrifice rewards it says "get 5 extra rewards for Vortex fill". Made 3rd Vortex fill today. Don't know what was for first and second but got 3 legendary souls, 3 skill shards and 5 rare G/A souls what surprised me a little joyfully 🙃 I read somewhere that it becomes more difficult to fill vortex with every time and you need more essence. Is it so you get better/ more rewards with that? What's your experience with that? What rewards did you get for which time fill?

i'm pretty sure it's a linear system. not sure if someone counted it but 70-80k of essence should fill the vortex and it will give you 5 RNG drops every time. every drop contains legendarys, skillshards (1 or 2 rng dependent) or g/a souls (5 fix).

I've done 5 fills so far. I didn't keep perfect track, but I think it took the following:

Fill 1 = 90k
Fill 2-5 = 100k each

Could b wrong but didn't Sparton say there was posed 2 b an actual essence counter after Sacrifice was introduced? Anyways:
4 skill shards...2X2
15 rare g/a...3X5
Btw, those 15 rare g/a souls r in 3 diff. stacks???
