Sometimes, although the character is marked as having its passive disabled by the Prisoner's Passive Aggression, the passive remains fully effective. The most obvious case I experienced was when the Block passive continued to redirect the damage although it was disable.
It is only since recently that it happens.
Sometime the passive is disabled correctly.

What I have seen is characters that have disabled passives ignoring the effect, healing, countering as if nothing.
