Fix please

Hello can you please fix app every time me and my fiance play or switch Eddie's in battle it freezes we try doing everything and then takes a skull for doing it and items of winning should get also but don't it's been happening ever since the last update and it will take ten ironite from us but won't give the golden skull for winning it please fix it and thank you

Have you tried uninstalling then re-installing the app?
