    Support can take a couple days to respond. You often just need to be patient.

    If that's the case, I have no problem waiting a couple more days. After all, I did brought this upon myself. ;-)

    Really, I tend to give them 4 days to a week before sending another email. They can get flooded with requests. They've never failed to get back to me though. Sometimes it just takes an extra day or two.

    Well, long story short, I was probably contacting them through an e-mail account that was ending up in the underworld of spam mail. I tried sending the e-mail from another account I own and the reply was almost instant.

    I'm back being a happy puppy.
