Energy talismans - where to find them?

I just pulled Clairvoyant and want to equip her with energy talismans. I already have three or four sets in place, but really like them on the chars they are currently at. And since I do not like switching talismans that much, I simply want to get a new set...

Unfortunately, I cannot remember where I got my energy talismans from. Based on the talisman location master post it seems that they are only collectible from the talisman skull quests. If that was true, it may take weeks to get a new set and I might consider switching one of my existing sets. Is there any other place to collect/farm these talismans from?

As far as I can tell, the talisman skull quests are the only place to get Energy talismans. :/

Thank you, both! Well, then... I will sure have to switch the set from a char I do not use that often and re-equip him once I got a new set together...
