Good news for all players not too far into the game: With the new "purge missions", crimson pharaoh dog basically becomes a giveaway. No need to do any of the "rare talisman missions" anymore, I think.

Those are not new, those are old missions that was somehow reset at the update. A bug, in other words. I haven't cleared the 200 missions achievement yet and my cleared missions counter went back by 17 or so.

Yes, I believe those are old missions that weren't available to some of us back then. It is all right now, as at least we can cash the ironite and the rewards from them.
