100% crtitical strike chance gold?!?

Why 100% crtitical strike chance is supposed to be gold now but when you have it at the start of the battle (from yelow talis) or you give it by alliance general or other character it is not? Is this normal?!

The Talismans do not give 100% critical strike, so it's not yellow.

The chance of a critical strike is not the same as 100% critical strike.
