SACRO3 error

Every time I try to make a sacrifice that fills up the vortex I get the SACRO3 error code. Anyone else having this issue?

I'm getting that error in about 50% no matter whatever tier I fill up. I'd like to sacrifice my toons but I can't. It's ridiculous.
