Due to some unforeseen server issues this morning, we will be placing the game into maintenance mode. Thank you so much for your patience while we work on a solution.

Update on the issue (1:56pm PT)!

We’ve identified the cause of this problem.

Essentially the way the game tracks inventory changes (adding or removing items) reached a point where the server continued to track things correctly, but the client (ie your version of the game on the device) is no longer able to read those changes.

This is why many players were having problems with any action that added or removed items in their inventory as of about 6 AM PT today (which realistically is nearly every action you’d take in the game).

Because this is an issue with how the client understands this interaction, it requires us to submit a hotfix via the Google and Apple App Stores before anyone can continue playing the game. We are in the process of getting these updates submitted and approved ASAP.
