Random freezes

Since the last update, the game from time to time just freezes indefinitely when it's the computer's turn.
This happens in regular cosmos battles, LoL stages and in the arena as well.
Seeing this about once in 10 arena battles and about once in every 20 cosmos/LoL battles.
No error message, nothing, just a freeze.
Anyone else seeing this?

I've seen it a couple of times when opening the chest at the end of a battle - the 'Next' buttons just do nothing and it all appears to be stuck.

Had it happen a lot to me. I had it going into an arena battle (attacking someone who attacked me) and while I can still see that person as being valid to attack, every time I try to battle them, I get a MALC13 (?) error. Restart didn't clear it or fix it, and also I lost my winning streak at the same time.

Thank you so much for these reports. Our team is currently tracking this bug, and working on a solution.

If you haven't already, please be sure to send these bug reports to our support team (either using the Support button in the Settings menu, or by emailing [email protected]).

If you can include the following information, it would be very helpful:

1) The exact type of device you use
2) The operating system you have installed on that device
3) The kind of freeze:

hard freeze (nothing is animating on screen, no music playing)
semi-hard freeze (nothing is animating, music still plays)
soft freeze (things animate, music plays, but you can't do anything)

4) The characters you were using when this freeze occurred. If you can send screenshots, that's all the more helpful!

my stats:
hard freeze, screen just stuck on the last frame
Samsung Galaxy S7 / Android 7.0

As someone else suggested in another post, I cleared the game's cache in the app manager and have not experienced a freeze ever since.
