Finished the event.Got Horus x2 plus Carriage Rider for the pit.That`s a bit of luck,I suppose.

Curse took me the longest. I ended up using Rainmaker Ed's Stab, Pharaoh Dog's basic attack, and Chopper Magus' Passive. I could tick off between 20 to 30 Curses per run on LoL Ass. XI. Kicking myself because I'm pretty sure I sacrificed a Blue Buzz Lightyear some time ago. :(

Blind and Silence were done pretty fast. I had an auto-play team w/ FotD Eddie (Blind & Silence), Sekhmet (Silence) and a Gunner Demon Spawn (Silence Passive)

Now I'm just grinding out the remaining 200 LoL Battles before time runs out. Unfortunately I'm nearly out of Ironite. :(

Another unlucky event for me. No Horus, no anything actually. Got 3rd Lilith and of course it's magus again. The probability of getting 3 blue in a row is 0,8%. I'd really like to see the character generation code. There is something horribly wrong.

I managed to get 2x Horus after several events of getting absolutely nothing. Possibly one of my favourite characters, he works really well with the Nightmare talismans IMO. Also started looking at the hieroglyphs as someone mentioned above, I'm sure Osiris is next, but I can't find anything that directly matches the last one, though Set is somewhat similar. Guess we'll just have to wait and see lol.

I never buy event souls from the store, because of the extreme low drop rates. Better spend Ironite on SoT or SoW.

No luck for me either after doing the event - got a Wickerman dupe and that was my lot. I am pretty sure i have never got anything from the event souls - I have from ironite purchase packs but I decided a while ago to not spend ironite on packs and I am trying my best to stick to that. So yet again nothign for me in this one other than the new talismans and the resources you pick up which is fine I suppose!

I have got over 500 Nebu though and got an extra Lilith so not too bad!

At the moment none of the new Gods seem to be game changers - Horus is maybe the hardest to kill with the right set up and team. Warrior can hit hard but is relatively easy to kill as is the Magus.....but I am sure coupled with the right team and talisman the Gods could make a strong team together.......intersted to see the new characters as they will be entirely new by the looks of it.

Picture this: A team consisting of Visions Eddie, Horus, Beelzebub, and the Alliance General, all equipped with these new Talismans. Since the buffs would stack (similar to primordial talismans), you'd be facing a team consisting of fully invincible characters who can't have the invincibility stolen because they're golden effects.

PoM/DDE Fury will remove those for the round and seal can prevent them the next round. Block Buffs would also stop them from populating. It would still be a tough fight if you can't remove them but not nearly as bad facing 4 gunners with all Primordials before the nerf. The fact that Eternals do no inflict negative effects is why they are not OP while Primordials still are.

In theory you're right. But the effects can still be blocked with perfect corruption. And Valor Talismans are a great example of being able to remove those effects. and a simple permadeath would take away the blue buffs. The only inconvenience that these Talismans would provide is giving someone a huge health boost.

But going up against a team with 4 sets would be like going up against a team with 4 sets of Primordial talismans.... You don't. It's too much of a hassle to deal with. But who knows, when the next game mode that features all the new Talismans that have been featured in the last many months comes out. PvP in general is going to see a big change.

I also have high hopes for that part as I did not get one of the 3 gods until now. Without paying for souls I now finally have more than 500 frags to get one god, but I will wait to see what will come and especially how the sacrifice event will work! Fingers crossed!

Yeah I am holding off on spending NEBU frags - hopefully it all becomes clear over the coming weeks as to what else we might get. I think all three current gods have strong points in the right team - Horus is decent and certainly the one that is a bit more of a challenge but so far none of the three cause major issues or are game changers - I can see them all working well in PVE and Gauntlet though and woul dlike them all at some point just for the collection!

Got my last missing Lilith.., the first Lilith i wanted to have was Sentinel, which i bought when they arrived.., this was the only Lilith i bought with Frontier Coins..,
But every other Lilith i got out of the Souls., i had NO DUPE Lilith.., this is really rare i think.., but really awesome.

But for Event Souls.., i never got an Event Character out of it..,
The last Event i missed because i couldn't update the game, because i have no google store.., and the update for this game wasn't out..

In 41 LOL Runs i have all the Event Challenges.
We will see what the Lanner Souls will bring me.., i'm not that optimistic.. xD Because EVERY Event Soul gave me shit...
But i'm lucky.., my Lilith Collection is complete. :3

I have Gunner Lilith in my Team and her passive increases the duration of beneficial effects by one turn.., but it only works for Immortality and Endure of the set.., but not for the invulnerability shields at the start of the battle.. shouldn't the shields be extended too?

Open a support ticket asking to revert the nebu soul claim, had the same problem last week.
Got resolved in two days, got my nebu fragments back.

Who has beaten the madness level of set betrayal? How did you do it? I played with fully sharded and maxed players (beast Eddie, navigator, storm and other maxed toons) and lost miserably. None of my strike, echo it other talismans seem to work. I never seem to get enough power to get my special attacks. I feel like I'm doing something wrong. I also didn't get my daily rewards today. I can't justify continuing
this event,whenn I am unable to clear a level with my best players. Advice needed...

I've done the sentinal challenge. POM, S Lilith, S corrupt rescuer and S valkyrie, no problem with anyone coming close to dying. My sentinal relics are lacking compared to the other classes.

I beat madness with POM or SSE, w lilith, prisoner, and g cotd. Prisoners passive seemed to help.

I beat madness then ran 20 on auto with W Lilith (Piercing, Advantage, Guardian), Clansman (Immortal, Guard), Prisoner (Primordial) and Golden Pharaoh Dog (Health, Energy). No problems, all wins, everybody alive.

Edit: For the Magus on Hard I went Carriage Rider (Holy, Life, Health), COTD (Cyclone, Energy), Lady Azov (Vampiric, Energy), Lilith (Enduring, Force).

Good work Stormseye! I dropped my first 4 x treachery souls and I got him too!
Already powered up and 5* talisman in place but I might change these as I discover his strengths a bit better, no shards yet..
So I'm only missing the last event god, probably get him with the Nebu frags depending on no.5 God, personally I wasn't overly impressed with Horus anyway, yes he does seem to always be the last to fall in the arena but he doesn't do a lot of damage in fact he couldn't fight his way out of a wet paper bag in my opinion.

Already finished the class challenges, actually managed to get Set. Tbh he's a bit disappointing compared to Horus and Sekhmet. Doesn't do much damage, his powermove is pretty unimpressive and his passive is kind of lame for being an Assassin God. Plus his stats are all wonky. Like, why is his magic so low if he deals all kinds of damage?

Hopefully the last God will be worth it. Getting tired of throwing cash at a game that doesn't make it feel worth it.

I don't generally use gunner Eddies but have sharded Cyborg to try the Madness autoplay - I'm getting about a 50% success rate, would anyone recommend one of the other Gunner Eddies instead? I'm currently teaming with Prisoner, GPD and GD (I don't have AHE or DDE). Cheers.

It is an ok event I think. Not too hard to program - copy another level and bring in some other toons, especially those that are related to that theme - fine. I hope programming this did not take longer than a few days. Event challenges are ok, not too hard for 5 days. So things like that could take place every few weeks in my opinion.
But waking up (Europe time) and see this thread where people have finished the event after a few hours and of course already got the new char makes me a bit disappointed. But maybe this time I can get my first God from the event souls.

You definitely need to shard Navigator. He is the first choice for almost everything except PvP/Gauntlet.

I took a run with Gunner Chopper and Navigator, CoD and Lilith. It worked out well in the end, but took almost 10 minutes. If you exchange the chopper for DM it is about 1.5 minutes.

Now after I got defeated a few times on Madness (Gunner only) auto play and I have seen that the rewards are really low level I fully agree with you!

Thanks, sharded him and will give it a try. Sharded Gunner Lilith as well and swapped her out for GD. Only one Primordial set between them but hopefully a couple of Angel sets will help.

I used Navi, 2*gunner Lilith and GPD (plus Cyborg with Primordials on the bench....just saying...). Tried before with only one Lilith and Prisoner with Primordials. It works often, but not always and thats a problem for autoplay during work. So I decided to do autoplay on "normal" to level up some low toons and burn through the troopers and collect many battles for the challenge for only 4 SoT. Will do "Madness" manually to get the 15 wins for the challenge. Especially as it is not worth the 1 extra SoT as the rewards are bad in Hard and Madness.

That's no problem, as long as all are alive in the moment you kill Set.

I had a go of the Madness - Gunner only run and survived up to Sekmet. Then had my arse handed to me. I had a trooper's Cyborg Eddie with primordials (now I am really wishing I had at least one set of them!), my Navigator with Chance and Strikes with Prisoner, GPD and Corrupt Rescuer. Might replace the CR next time but who with? I dont have that many fully sharded gunner toons (besides the ones I just mentioned I also have the Valkyrie and Undead Rescuer) so I might have to take the plunge on a couple. Any recommendations? At the moment I am thinking CotD, Desert Marauder and/or Angel of Mercy, not just for this event but also Gauntlet and maybe Arena.

I have 1 set of primordials. I found using navigator, DM, GPD and prisoner works, a little slow on manual but gets the job done. Just use GPD to keep immunity going and corrupt the main with Nav or prisoner. I use immunity on GPD and DM to keep from corruption at the start. I use chance and steel on Nav.

I tried G cotd and found her a little weak, prisoner is as little stronger and can corrupt and stun. I didn't try AoM, revive skill may come in handy. Immunity talis helps a lot from getting corrupted or stunned on the first round.

Without primordials you need to get immunity, the chance of immunity from primordials is a good backup. Just corrupt the main and wear them down. GPD great for heal as well.

In my opinion, is great to have a AoE Assassin, but is also weird to see an assassin as blocker, tough is great when has shroud on him (I don’t get why the shroud description says it cannot be stealed or removed, it is usually the first golden effect removed in PvP)

Also his three kinds of damage are very useful against eternal talismans

I tried him with void, shell and an extra purple, but I didn’t liked it, pretty lame damage. Then I used a strike set (red) in his empty slots, advantage on his green and the mandatory purple and even though his magic hit reaches 1.5 k, his physical and true hits reaches 9k each when critical is on. I'm trying something a little different, since he's a damage absorber I.e high hp especially for an Assasin class character, I have loaded him with Quake Talisman and a set of trap talisman for now but any purple 2 set could work I guess. Resilience Talisman might be the go that could bulk up HP even more...
I found it balances out the stats nicely though the attack is a little low.
HP of almost 32K, and and extra 570 to defence and magic resistance...
Anyway I'll see how he goes...

Auto farming normal level Set's betrayal just to save some sot since prizes aren't great burning sot on madness and it's slower, though I did make it through no probs... these gods have been created to complement one another I think, having three of them side by side autofarming with Cyborg Eddie, Set, Aset and Sekhmet, Set takes the excessive damage to the others Aset continually refreshing health, Cyborg with primordials and Sekhmet with Valor Talisman remove buffs on all every turn... it works pretty well!

My all-gunner team for autofarming (all fully-sharded, lvl 100): Cyborg (Primordial), GPD (Angel + Energy), Lilith (Life + Shell + Immunity), Prisoner (Primordial). Did not record a loss, but on some occasions a trooper died while auto-playing, so I had to do a little more than 15 runs. However, this team should not be 100% safe, since I noticed Cybord Eddie resurrect at one time during the last wave. So, I should have lost, if there was something other than Perfect Immortality up from the Primordials. But having two sets of those in play really helps, I think.

Gave a few other teams a try before that, including Soldier Eddie which worked fine for the first waves on auto, but did not make it through the last ones.

Tried another couple of runs on madness, swapped some talismans around and without bringing any troopers with primordials (as obviously used them already). Well I didn't even make it past the first wave ffs. And the reward for somehow completing this is 2 extra souls that will give me two 3* toons in all likelihood, some VH Eddie fragments I don't really need and 20 Nebu fragments from the 2 event souls? Umm let me think about this for a second. Um no thanks, get f#%ked. Not worth the headache. Way to go to remind us that this is still a game of the haves and have nots.

So I'll just focus on completing all the other missions and buy whatever souls I need to ensure I have enough Nebu fragments. Probably what the devs really want anyway.....

What a pain in the arse Madness is with all Gunners. Just done a run that took nearly 14 minutes as I couldn’t kill that purple Bitch. Probably my team setup in all fairness. Using Navigator (Chance/Immortality), Lilith (Life/True/Immunity), Golden Pharoah Dog (Energy/Angel), CotD (Primordial). All 4 fully pimped out with SS as well. Any suggestions for possible a Talisman changes to make this a bit quicker?

You may want to try DM, has great single damage for the main. I found prisoner was better that cotd. The initial corrupt really helped.
On GPD, I replaced angel with immunity so I could always give immunity to the rest of the team. I used chance/steel on Nav Eddie, they kept attacking him especially on revenge attacks. Use nav to corrupt the main if not corrupted by prisoner at the start. I could finish manually in 4-5 minutes.

I dont have lilith to damage those golden buffs. COTD sometimes triggered the mains buffs, I used prisoner single attack on the other toons if it could trigger the mains buffs.

I also used energy on DM to keep my power level going, so nav could corrupt or GPD could heal/immune the team.

Untill a couple of hours ago I didn't have a gunner Eddie. I sacrificed a lot of Eddies, don't ask me why it's embarassing I'm stupid, but I managed to get back the 4 Eddies that don't drop anywhere thanks to Sam from NF. Well, yesterday I managed to make 10 all gunner runs using Desert Marauder (thorn, immortality), prisoner (primordial), GPD (health, energy) and whatever Gunner Eddie was available as trooper. There was some Cyborgs, Doomsday, Soldiers and around 7 Navigators. They were all fully charded and all. I've succcesfully made 7 runs with navigator, 2 with Soldier and 1 with Cyborg. Couldn't do it with the 3 Doomsday available I think they all had Eclipse. All the Navigator runs were kinda easy actually, I even let auto on one run and it went great untill the boss with that shrouded sniper, swittched to manual, heal and finished quite easily. As a matter of fact, the runs with Soldier Eddie were quite easy as well. The ones with cyborg was a pain, lost a couple. But yeah, Doomsday was the worst for me, I couldn't even reach Set. It could be my formation, I don't know. The major tip I can give you guys is heal/immunize the shit out of your team. In my case GPD did the trick. Thorn was really usefull too with its permadeth/healing block.

Primordials help. For Eddies, Navigator can apply Perfect Corruption, which can help if Primordials don't do the trick. Tailgunner is my main Eddie, though. With all those Gunner toons, his Fury triggers a lot. If you can time it right, you can get some extra turns from it. Gunner Lilith is also good at removing effects.

I don’t hit her directly until her minions are dead. My team is not that strong (sharded Tailgunner and primordial prisoner, unsharded gunner and golden dog) and I get past her 75% of the time. It’s just REALLY time-consuming and sometimes I don’t make it through to the end.

I reckon it'll be up to 10 souls available for x amount of essence, as they've done previously, plus a chance of Nebu frags for all sacs - it'd be nice for them to include souls in sac/vortex rewards but, given that there's been a max of 10 souls available for each event so far, I think they'll do something a bit more limited.

IMHO the Devs should give us a better chance at obtaining these type of event souls by having fragments drop. They expect players to play this game every waking moment or pay for ironite to buy them. I for one do not have that much time or cash to invest. I barely have the time to play all my troopers. Got VERY lucky with a rare soul and got POM Eddie but the last time I got a good Eddie was with a cathedral soul and it dropped Beast Eddie. RNG hates my guts.

Kryton, pulling 2 good Eddie's in a few months is not that bad. Consider that pulling a 5* toon from a rare soul is 1%, that and there are several 5* to pull. Statistically you would probably need to sacrifice several hundred rare souls for your odds.

I haven't pulled a 5* from the last 80 G/A and over 100 rare souls. That doesnt include the event souls and several legendary soul sacrifices. There are others who have received more 5* toons and others even worse. That is how RNG works.

So far in the battles I have had versus the Gods I would say that Horus is by far the most troublesome in PVP - largely due to his massive HP as well as his stunning ability - the others, so far, seem to be easy enought to kill though they too have their useful skills that can help a team in PVP. I have none of them yet but that is the way of things but my NEBU frags will be pointing toward Horus so far, unless the last God is better of course. Hopefully I will get them all eventually through other means but Horus would be my first pick so far.

I've found that Horus with Nightmare talismans can be very difficult to beat. If he's fully sharded, his stun rate is pretty high, and even if he doesn't stun, the Nightmare talismans often trigger. However, because sleep can be removed if the toon is attacked, he would have to attack last for it to be of any use.

That's an interesting observation as I benched my Aset in favor of Horus. Even with Destiny Talismans she just went down too easy. I do have the Eternals on Horus and he is sharded, as is my Aset.

I find it interesting about the Gods that for whatever reason there isn't a consensus about who is good and who is not.

Some interesting chat around the Gods and their relative merits for sure. Good for us who have none of them but as folk say it depends on what you need. What I tend to do is build around my key toon and go from there. I can see value in all of them - Sekhmet seems to be the least bother and if I use Clansman I do not need her as such in PVP - Aset and Horus could provide an alternative depending on who else I was using and may have benefit on defence as opposed to attack and vice versa. Quite the quandary for sure!

I am hoping the last event opens up more fragments so that by the end of the summer I can get two of the Gods - likely not Set or Sekhmet at the moment but the other two I see as useful for me. Interested to see who the last one will be and what the skil set will be too.

Just to clarify the post above by "not stolen" I mean.. if a character steals a 2xHP buff during a battle, then Asset won't kill that toon. But if a toon grants itself or allies 2xHP.. she'll kill those allies with the buff. Clearly a complex bug.

Err.. correction.. just had a PvP match.. My Alex Ed stole the valor talismans 2xHP buff from the enemies Sehkmet.. 1 turn later My Asset fury killed Alex Ed when he was at nearly full health before her fury and had ZERO negative buffs on him.

All months worth of save souls sacrificed, I got Osiris and Beast Eddie, and enough Nebu frags to get the last God I did not have Horus.
I achieved my first ever Ultimate sacrifice and have completely sharded Osiris and Horus and finished off sharding up Edward the great.
Osiris is a monster! I can farm NOTB on auto now finally! Best God yet....

My tips for preparing for a sacrifice event:

1. Keep a fair few slots empty in your roster. 20+ is a good number if you can do it.
2. Save all Rare and greater souls for the next Sac event. At most, redeem event souls or souls from fragments for characters you specifically want (eg: an Eddie, etc).
3. For Daily achievements, redeem a common soul.
4. When you get your last vortex and realise you definitely can't get another, stop and save the rest of your souls for the NEXT event.
5. If sacrificing common souls (1-2 star) at any time (event or not), use 5x1 star and 4x2 star (203 points) or 1x1 star and 9 x 2 star (303 points). This gives you either 2 or 3 tier I rewards, and a good chance at getting either SoW or Rare Souls (that you can redeem/sacrifice again during a sacrifice event).
6. If you have extra cash and shards, you can level up 4 and 5 star toons before you actually sacrifice them. This can get you things like Exhalted and Ultimate sacrifices you wouldn't have got otherwise.
7. If sacrificing rare souls (3 star), try to do 9x3 star (Warrior/Sentinel/Magus) or 8x3 star (Gunner/Assassin). This gets you 3x tier II rewards.
8. With any sacrifice, try and get either just over the amount, or either double/triple it. Double and Triple gets you 2 or 3 of that tiers rewards.
9. When you're so close to the next tier and have sacrifice slots left, don't forget using smaller toons rather than bigger ones.

Everything Cef explained just above is precisely how I do it to.
Heroic souls get opened if POM frags are on offer (me not having POM Eddie) but otherwise I do not touch any souls above a normal one until the monthly Sac event.
To get the ultimate sacrifice today I had to power up to 100 7 x 5* duplicate toons some were G/A souls and then I had to throw a skill shard in each one to get me over the 50,000 essence mark.

Saved enough high level duplicates and many common souls to finally get an ultimate sacrifice. Filled the vortex twice. Got Samurai, Navigator, and Doomsday Eddies, all new to me! Also got the Canoneer(new). Had saved enough nebu fragments to get Osiris, the only event god I’ve gotten.

Overall, very happy with this event!

When it is about 1 week before the next Sacrifice event (check the list of events each month), I start sacrificing my common souls till I am in the last 2 segments (last 8th) of the vortex. I see a lot of Rare souls come out of sacrificing common souls.

As I try and stop just after the last fill of the vortex (and hold the rest of the souls I have for the next event), filling it uses 20+ sets (99 per set) of common souls. Any rare souls I collect then are then available when the sacrifice event is on.

But as is typical of all event souls (never had an event Eddie), not one of the gods has offered to bestow their powers onto me......

Right now I'm at 1090 frags, I might be able to do another Tier 6 or 7 before event is out. So potentially could push for 1500 with buying of any remaining frags through souls. I'm expecting them to be quite expensive when it comes to FC so might be worth the ironite, etc. Then I'll have to decide which ones to purchase, so far I am looking at Sehkmet, Horus and Osiris I think. Decisions decisions..

This kind of sacrifice event with good rewards is what am I waiting for almost a year.

I save lots things to sacrifice in this event. In the end, I get 99+66+30=195 Offering Souls in this event.

(195 Offering Souls are all from sacrifice)

For the chance of 5* character, I get 1 Viking Ed and 2 Osiris in first 99 Offering Souls.

And then, 1 Edward the great in next 66 Offering Souls.

Finally, 1 Osiris in final 30 Offering Souls.

This needs an update: did some maths and with all the ironite i've been saving for a long time, i bought other 3 packs of the event souls.
Besides the fact i got another Osiris :eek: and some other 5* chars (some of which i was even missing like the witch doctor), with the frags i got from the 30 souls and the others i gained by the sacrifices and another vortex refill, i reached more than 1500 frags which is what i needed to get the 3 remaining Gods i was missing.

So i was able to buy them all and now my Gods set is complete. It's the first time i manage to do this, and now it's like the morning after Christmas for a kid :D

It would have been nice if all these different souls we received throughout the summer events contained Nebu fragments. I for one would have had a better chance at getting one or two of these Powerslave Gods. I actually screwed myself in the beginning by claiming 2 nebu fragments during the first sac event. I thought we were supposed to be collecting the Exquisite Fragments DOOHH, LOL.
As it stands now I have 390 Nebu fragments so unless I get REALLY Lucky I will have to drop some Cash towards the Mariner's Bundle to ensure me one of the Gods.

I also got enough Nebu frags to buy Horus and Osiris - I think they're the most interesting from all the gods, and they will fit my build and relics.

I was saving the souls since the last sac event and opened them all today. I don't know how many there was - hundreds for sure, or maybe even a few thousand (common souls being the majority). I received over 260 sands of time and over 120 sands of war as additional bonus.

So, I was able to get 2 out of 5 gods. It looks like I'll have to buy the remaining ones with Frontier Coins. Still, I'm satisfied with the result, especially the pulls from rare souls.

Poor Sacrifice event for me. Opened all my Common Souls (7 stacks), about 99 Rare Souls, 30(ish) Offering Souls, about 150 Rare GA Souls and 10 or so Legendary Souls and no Peice of Mind Ed and Benjamin Breeg Ed. They were the only two characters I wanted so disappointing to miss them again but ah well. I’ll get POM in two weeks time through fragments and Benjamin will drop eventually so no big deal.

I did get 2 Prisoners and an Assaaain COTD and a bunch off other 4*. So they drops weren’t poor at all, just poor for what I was looking for.

Got diddly squat from the Offering Souls but it left me with 1500 Fragments. Bought Osiris and Set and just trying to figure out which last one to buy. They all have they pros and cons so I can’t really decide. I could use all 3 really.

Event almost done for me.

I had 5 legendary souls from which I get Benjamin Breeg and Tailgunner.
I managed to do an exalted sacrifice and receive 30 rare gunner soul, 3 legendary souls and 6 skill shards. I achieved the exalted soul achievement and received 1 extra legendary. I opened them yesterday and received 4* only including red hellraiser i did not have. Still no navigator. I also received a second Pharaoh eddie.
Opened 15 rare gunner soul already and received 3* only.
Still 32 rare souls, 5 heroic & 15 rare gun to open.
I had to buy some nebu frags with ironite and bought Osiris
With gauntlet, I'm not sure to sacrifice too much as it may be valuable to have 2 or 3 of same characters. In any case, I don't think I can manage another exalted sacrifice.
I'm wondering, wondering... Still few days to decide.

That's pretty been much my experience, though levelled Eddies can sometimes help. I throw them into spare slots while playing and level them up that way. Not a huge points bonus but it doesn't take that long to level up a 3* Eddie from 1 to 60.

The only time I do with lower chars if I'm quite literally soooo close to getting something that it'll make a difference. eg: a bunch of 4* lvl 80's and one 2* lvl 1 char and I'm 10 points away from the next tier.

The amount of gold and shards you waste isn't really paid back for the lower toons, and their sac value is fairly low anyway.

My tips for preparing for a sacrifice event:

1. Keep a fair few slots empty in your roster. 20+ is a good number if you can do it.
2. Save all Rare and greater souls for the next Sac event. At most, redeem event souls or souls from fragments for characters you specifically want (eg: an Eddie, etc).
3. For Daily achievements, redeem a common soul.
4. When you get your last vortex and realise you definitely can't get another, stop and save the rest of your souls for the NEXT event.
5. If sacrificing common souls (1-2 star) at any time (event or not), use 5x1 star and 4x2 star (203 points) or 1x1 star and 9 x 2 star (303 points). This gives you either 2 or 3 tier I rewards, and a good chance at getting either SoW or Rare Souls (that you can redeem/sacrifice again during a sacrifice event).
6. If you have extra cash and shards, you can level up 4 and 5 star toons before you actually sacrifice them. This can get you things like Exhalted and Ultimate sacrifices you wouldn't have got otherwise.
7. If sacrificing rare souls (3 star), try to do 9x3 star (Warrior/Sentinel/Magus) or 8x3 star (Gunner/Assassin). This gets you 3x tier II rewards.
8. With any sacrifice, try and get either just over the amount, or either double/triple it. Double and Triple gets you 2 or 3 of that tiers rewards.
9. When you're so close to the next tier and have sacrifice slots left, don't forget using smaller toons rather than bigger ones.

But in the end, i managed to get Osiris with 70 offering souls -- which gave me enough fragments to buy 2 remaining gods i didn't had..
I got all the GODS!

I am OK with the event. Finally a reason to claim souls from old fragments (oldest I got are Valor, for sure 1 year old I guess...) for sacrifice. In my opninion 5 souls for a vortex are not enough. Moreoever, I hoped that also small sacrifices might give you some benefit, e.g. fragments for the event souls. Nevertheless I do not want to complain too much. I got Osiris from the first 20 event souls from sacrifice. The next bunch of 35 event souls did not trigger red eyes in the Book. WTF. Cannot calculate the statistics about that failure, as my soul drop info screen is again outdated and I don't know the percentages. But I guess 8.5% for a 4* ? This would have been close to 3 4* chars...but its just statistics, I know. But well, it is not so important this time, as the nebu frags are the most important thing. I have 1480 now and need to do some planing and calculations, if it is possible and reasonable to get 52 more event souls to have all gods in the end.

They did not give out enough fragments for a GOD,if they did give out Souls with enough fragments for a God then I MISSED SOMETHING. It seems that you will get more the same Characters after you pulled him for the first time.., very strange..,

This is absolutely true. In this event three subsequent Tier one sacrifices gave me two rare souls each!

Wow, you lucky one! I only got Osiris once, despite having opened so many event souls because of the nebu frags. Must have been about 140 souls to have 2000 frags in the end.
Once, a bunch of 35 event souls did not even trigger red eyes and the last bunch of 55 souls not a single 5* and maybe 3 or 4 4* chars. Having double Osiris might have been interesting to have different setups for pvp defense and attack. But in general I try to play without dupes and treat every char as a unique being. More flexibility regarding Talisman setup would be great for that.
But in the end I am OK, as I now have all 5 Gods and also Benjamin. Moreoever, I got finally rid of thousands of old fragments, including about 4000 precious fragments and several other event char frags from the last year.
A good final event for the mega-event. I think the whole thing was a great idea from NF!

So in the end I ended up earning 50 offering souls through sacrifices. Bought another 21 souls to get to 1500 frags. 71 souls and no Osiris... From the offering souls I got a dupe Corrupt General (not bad), a couple of 4* dupes but most were 3*. I decided to purchase Sekmet, Horus and Osiris. Considering before this event started I was of the thinking I'd only have enough frags to buy 2 Gods, so to end up with 3 is pretty good.

Through rare souls I also managed to get Benjamin Breeg Eddie and Alliance General (finally!), so I am quite happy with this sac event and the mega event in general. Even if I didn't purchase souls with ironite, I would have had enough frags to buy 2 Gods so if anyone is left with not having enough fragments to buy a single God, has definitely missed something or encountered a serious bug....

I am sorry,to me FREE souls mean Free souls.In the beginning of the Summer/Anniversary event there were some free souls and some free fragments pertaining to that particular event soul given free in the store. Souls given out when achieving completion of a mission are not free,you have to work for them.

My Bad if I misunderstood Blade's comment on free souls given out during the summer event. He mentioned FREE STUFF,I like FREE STUFF. LOL:)

As always, I like the Sacrifice events. Got my first (three) Doomsday Eddies and my first (two) Iron Eddies.

The Powerslave maga-event though, was mid grade to me. I liked that you could get the event characters with the frags. However, I didn't pull one of the featured characters. 156 souls (both earned and bought) not one Powerslave God! That's frustrating as hell!!

Yes I got three gods, didn't get the other two. That is a disadvantage to my team, and a frustrating one.

Zerynx: Pretty much. Always seems the G/A characters give more essence on a sacrifice, and it's no different with the gods. ;)

Note for anyone who has multiples, Osiris and Set both give higher amounts of essence when sacrificed.

I'm lucky that i managed to buy three of the Gods with the fragments and had the luck to pull Horus and Osiris out of the Souls...

But the price is too high.., i think 1000/1500 would be fine instead of 1500/2000.. :O

Has other, I'll also out of luck with getting the event characters via souls, in this case I got 2 gods (Osiris and Sekhmet) from nebu fragments.

Whole summer mega event has gave me ONE Eddie I missed - Iron. By frags I've bought a Lilith and two gods. Not sure if I can call it as succesful event.

Set is al I am missing as I was able to get 4 using NEBU souls. As ever a got sweet FA from events and missions....no chnage there then! Oh well it is fine. I liked the event and they it was done and would like to see more like this I think as it works ou well that you can buy them eventually and the event and all of theings that made it up were fine and some were fun too.

Now, just get Night City out as the tour is over and we were told it woudl be around this time. No more delays - oh and do Silent Planet too or at least get a beta out! We need to be fed now!

Hopefully they will bring out a new type of fragment to collect. Would make sense,ie: Trooper Soul,Eternity Soul,Lilith Soul, ? Soul. Would be nice if they had a fragment for an Alexander Eddie Soul.
