Negative Modifier Casters

Stun, Heal Block, Permadeath, Remove Ben. Effects, Silence, Magic Burn, Passive Disable, and Lower Power effects are the needed negative modifiers to complete the missions. Can you share which charachters you use. AoE Casters, or Single target casters with high percentage would be good.

Best choice from chars/ talisman I have:

Stun:

Hallowed Eddie - 75 % on single target with basic attack
Quake talisman - 75 % on all enemies (cost 10)

Heal Block:

Sentinel Rock Golem - 2 turns on all enemies with power attack (cost 3)
Warrior Allied Soldier - 35 % on all enemies with basic attack
Warrior Rocket Dog - 2 turns chance on all enemies with basic attack
Desert Guardian - 2 turns on single target with power attack (cost 4)

Permadeath:

Seventh Son Eddie - 1 turn on single target with basic attack
Assassin Corrupt Ox Cultist - 2 turns on single target with power attack (cost 3)
Desert Warrior - 2 turns on single target with power attack (cost 3)
Assassin Axxis Bomberboy - 50 % on all enemies with power attack (cost 5)
Gunner Golden Son - 30 % on all enemies with basic attack

Remove Ben. Effects:

Assassin Corrupt Rescuer - Passive on all enemies
Warlord - Passive on all enemies
Clairvoyant - 80 % on all enemies with basic attack
Warrior & Assassin NboL - 75 % on single target with basic attack
Sentinel Undead Rescuer - grant on single target with power attack (cost 4)

Silence:

Assassin Wicker Golem - 80 % on single target with basic attack
Magus Owl Cultist - 35 % on single target with basic attack
Sentinel Pharao Sand Spirit - 50 % on single target with power attack (cost 3)

Magic Burn:

Shaman Eddie - 1 on all enemies with basic attack
Warrior Mayan Priestess - 70 % for 3 burns for 2 turns on single target with basic attack
Sentinel & Gunner Allied Bomberboy - 45 % for 1-2 burns on all enemies with basic attack

Disable Passives:

Ofc Prisoner with Passive
Desert Guardian - 1 turn on single target with basic attack
RttH Eddie - 30 % on single target with basic attack

Lower Power Effects:

Energy talisman - 45 % on perfect attack
Gunner Corrupt Druid - 35 % on single target with basic attack

Need "Block Beneficial Effects" and "Crave" for the current event

Crave comes from Assassin Demon Spawn (passive) and Iron Eddie.

[GotN]

Iron Eddie also does Block Ben. Effects for 2 turns with basic attack, so is the best choice for both missions, if you don’t have Ass. Demon Spawn.
Other toons to block:
Sentinel Undead Rescuer (75% to all enemies with basic attack)
Warrior Golden Son (1 turn to all enemies with special attack- cost 5)

The canonner can inflict crave, I guess.

And Speed of light Eddie can block beneficial effects.

But I am not sure in both cases.
