I wanted to introduce myself, my name is Mia and I’m part of the Legacy of the Beast team.

I'm helping with the forums while the other Designers are focused on some big features (Guilds/Gauntlet) as well as filling in for Leviathan who is currently on vacation.

What is being done to address the constant game freezes and server issues? I've had four or five "problem contacting server" messages and game restarts since reset.

Hi again, Mia. I did send in two support emails. The 2nd one for just receiving the souls back, because I'd rather get some of the 6-25-18 characters, than the 6-11-18 ones. Thank you. I wish you lots of patience and understanding.

Working on bug fixes as we speak, we should have something very soon™. ;)

In all seriousness, we've got an update in testing now. Once that get's approved we'll be rolling it out. I don't know the final contents yet but we'll keep you all posted.

One question that has remained unanswered is:

How do Souls really work? Are the characters they hold decided when the Soul is awarded to the player or when the Soul is cashed into Eddie's mouth? For example, I have a 2 months Old Rare Soul and today a new Warrior Eddie comes out, could I obtain him from my 2 months old rare soul?

Like i said on some previous topic, arena list is not empty now, but even when i refresh i get same players to fight against.. (All players are so high level above me)

I refreshed my list - got all 10 as usual (I have only seen the empty list thing twice this week) but they were all well above me in the ranks - none below or even close so I think there may be an issue still as this outcome is not normal for me anyway. Anyone else getting this?

I'm seeing this too. It doesn't happen on every refresh, but it happens on most (since the hot fix). All opponents are much higher ranked, with none even close to me.

Also, it appears that I'm being attacked considerably less than before and mostly just by higher ranked players.

Hey Mia, I wrote a Mail to the Support, cause i did a mistake and bought a bastion soul, which i dont want (my device screen was buggy, thought i have closed the app, so the Game was running and while i dont looked at the Display, the failpurchase happens.. ) I dont used the Soul already..

When can i expect a answer from the Support? Cheers

No word on the new "repetitive attack list issue"? Did manage around 80 wins/day till Tuesday without spending that much time on it. Since yesterday, I can basically only win the 20 revenge battles since I cannot beat anyone on the attack list (the player showing up there again and again are more than 1500 points ahead of me and have a lot more relics than me). Wouldn't have mattered that much to me if it wasn't for an arena event week and I will miss out on quite some rewards because of it.

He's an assassin, so would be rare g/a souls.

Checked and I don't see him in those or the legendary.
