Fragments from Trooper Store

Week rolled over and I can't see where to get Trooper fragments (or any of the others).

There is a "fragments" tab, but it is empty.

Is this a bug, did it not refresh, or what?

If you bought them all, each one will re-appear 1 week after you bought them, not at roll-over.
