According to this 2 minutes to midnight Eddie will be called Doomsday Eddie. That's likely to tie in with the event this month The Doomsday Scenario. It also states a bit about Night City which is coming in the fall after the tour.

Hope this happens and I hope to be lucky enough to get him. One of my all time fav Maiden songs. So relevant even today.

Golden years of my childchood :DThis is great! It brings back memories. The GTA series has been my favorite for awhile. I remember a friend I used to work with telling me you could do the Vigilante missions from the Hunter. I remember coming home from work, getting high, stealing the chopper and starting the 'Brown Thunder' mission. Flying around the City blowing up criminals listening to Slayer's Raining Blood, Madhouse by Anthrax, Megadeth's Peace Sells and Maiden's 2 Minutes to Midnight. I made it to Level 88 before finally crashing the Chopper. It was by far the Greatest Video Gaming memory I have.

So he calls 2 Minutes Doomsday Eddie. Since he has "Gunner" written all over him. I'm seeing him as the 5* Gunner meta Eddie to go with the trend of how bonkers the recent Eddie's have been. Looking forward to buying 50 souls and not getting him until there's an event that guarantees him lmao.

I think you may be correct. I just read this article today about the comic book series and that eddie was in some of the images
