Why invest in relics???

In PVP relics are most of the time not fully active.

Is that the same fraud-shit like the not existing offense-bonus?


I think NF is doing this on purpose, to give a weak player defense a chance, buit this is bs and should be communicated.

Are you on about missing statuses when you press and hold a character? I've seen that myself - you look at the status window and relic effects sometimes aren't listed. I've always assumed it's a glitch as most of the time they're there...
