Wierd achievement quest count glitch

Im kind of curious, is anyone else is seeing this? It seems that for the “achievements completed” section, almost every other day it changes from 196/200 to 199/200 for completed achievements, and then reverses in the following days/day. Not really sure as to why, but does anyon else notice wierd things in the achievements category? Maybe it is different numbers for you, keep a weather eye.

Awhile back when I completed the acheviements, the counter stayed at 196 until I finished the last one. I then did receive all the frags for the crimson dog.
