Question about "Exquisite soul"

Hey,

i still have 400 exquisite soul fragments which i haven't converted or claimed yet just in case they will return.

What i wanna ask is if i'm waiting uselessly xD since it says they were only for the anniversary event, but i don't see the "no longer available" message that they usually add when it's over.

Does that mean there are gonna be other chances to collect these fragments or is it just that they didn't add the message and i can sell them for idols/hearts?

Same, I am sitting on 220 myself and was wondering about those and 150 Napalm frag which also don't say event over.
