creepiest effect in the game

I once had a character killed, which was lying prone face down. I'm not sure if it revived, but I was able to attack with it and it drug itself across the ground and rammed into the enemy character in an attack. I'm wondering if I should call it the zombie effect? It was spooky.
Have anyone else had any strange things happen in the game?
