Major Sacrifice Bug

I just performed a Tier 6 sacrifice, with 20,003 essence I believe. However, I received a Tier 5 reward - 12 Sentinel and 4 Warrior Souls, with no Event Souls.

Has anyone else seen anything like this? I remember there was a similar issue right when Sacrifice was released, but it was fixed.

LotB team - I sent an email to Support, but I would appreciate anything you can do to expedite this, given the time-sensitive nature of the event. Thanks!

Before your post I thought I accidentially removed one of the chars from the sacrifice and this was the reason why I did not receive rewars for tier 6, but tier 5. This happened once. But I was quite sure that I did everything correctly. So it seems like I had the same issue as you... did they reply to your mail?

No reply yet, but I sent it last night. I'll post an update here when I hear back. Maybe you should send in a report for yours?

I believe there may be an issue with the numbers not adding up correctly at sacrifice, so perhaps it's related.

For unrelated reasons, before the last sacrifice event I started keeping track of each sacrifice and I noticed that what my spreadsheet said and what the event achievements said were different.
I thought that perhaps I typoed something last event, but found it was off again this event. Have one sacrifice that I don't know how I got that number, so I can't say for sure I didn't typo something this time either.
As I cannot get anymore rewards this event, I've stopped sacrificing, so no real way to confirm any error.
First noticed a difference of around 60-65, then 81, and last at 90 for this event, but out of only 25k; not a lot, but it was a larger difference last event, though I sacrificed more last event, thus a larger chance for typos.

Next event I will be triple checking each sacrifice total between the screen and my spreadsheet.

I heard back from Support last night. Michelle removed the Tier 5 rewards I received and replaced them with Tier 6 rewards.
