Talisman stacking question

Simple question here.

Do Talismans such as Penetrating Talisman stack? So for Penetrating the bonus for having a set of 2 is a “45% chance to gain magic penetration on perfect basic attack attacks”. Does equipping 2 sets increase the chance to 90% or does it not?
I’m trying to equip some older talismans to free up space in my inventory and I wanted to try this out if it stacks. If not I may just sell them. Thanks in advance!

Best I can tell..... Some do, some don't. Most often those which inflict do not, those which aide, might. e.g 2 sets of Paralysis, no.. 2 sets of Guard, yes.

Hate to be 'that guy' but 2 chances of 45% would be about 70%, not 90%.

No idea whether they stack or not though.

I’m not a probability guy, I just added 45 & 45 to get 90%. Whatever the actual percentage may be when doubling a 45% chance it would be nice if Talismans like in this example stacked. Hopefully someone will know.

I would presume that it's a separate 45% chance for each set, if they stack.
I'm not a statistician, so I'll go with the suggested 70% as about correct.
