Are eternal talismans available anywhere

As above, I have 5 and need one more to complete the set. I didnt manage to get a full set when the eternal event was on a few weeks ago. Should I sell them or wait to see if they become available again?

I would not sell them. Sooner or later (but rather later) they will show up as Gauntlet rewards I assume. But if they stick to the release history, many other Talis sets will be there before (e.g. Valor, Primordials and Eclipse just to name the 6-set Talis...). Another option may be that these Talis will drop in Night City/Silent Planet in 2025 ;)

Damn I am in the same situation, was on vacation during eternal talismans event and only got 5 of them. Supposed will have to wait till 2025.
