Looks like the Oracle Talismans aren't functioning like they ought to (what else is new amiright?lol)
Anyways, I have a set on my blue Lilith and let's just say that my set of opponents doesn't have immunity or cleanse or none of that nonsense, and the opponent's Sentinel Harpy inflicts Silence on my Lillith.
By definition, Oracle Talismans are supposed to transfer one random negative buff from the carrier to all opponents, however the only enemy with the silence status is the foe's Grim Reaper Eddie.
I've also seen my Lilith infected with multiple debuffs and some, but not all, would be transferred to random opponents. Stun, not being one of them.
But other than that, they seem to be working out pretty well.
