I got corrupted general

I have pulled it for a month ago with cash. carrige rider and other stuff as well. due to the log in error i couldnt play game so far, now carrige nerfed i cant get 3star shard in normal game i coulnt clear those stage due to those error!! And that c*** been ignoring my email fo fix the bug. Can i kill them all?now i can log in though shit

Language like that wont make them help you faster, you can get the 3* blue shards in the Magus dungeon next week
