Looks like the current event ends today, will we see the the Sac event start back to back with it?
I'm pretty excited about that I hope it does I'm quite eager to throw my G/A souls in and see if I can nab DDE!
On DDE he has the power to grant echo for his allies but I've been seeing it pop up on many teams I did not know or doubt have that ability is there a talisman set other than echo that can grant this effect to allies?
Where is it coming from?

SSE can also give echo to team.

Second Sight
Heals all allies based on their MAGIC stat.
Grants Echo status to all allies for 2 turns.
LV 2/3/4/5 Healing +10/15/20/25%

I think there's another toon that also has a move that grant echo also.

No other Talismans sets that I can think of but there are a few characters that can give that buff, Seventh Son Eddie and Crimson Pharaoh Dog come to mind. Not sure if Gunner Undead Rescuer can grant Echo with its Haul ability.

Just tested GUR and he can grant Counter Strike, Accuracy Up and Trap

FWIW: DDE will only grant Echo if the opponent has Crave on them. While DDE can do this, if you're grinding PvE levels and think Echo will be very useful (or to meet a skill usage for an event), then pairing with Assassin Demon Spawn is a good tactic, assuming it will survive the opposing enemies.

Thanks Cef that's a great help, yeah DDE totally eclipses Iron Eddie I reckon, hate to say it but we have another 4* Eddie that's shines above most others...
If I see it pop up on what I believe is a strange team to have echo I'll post a picky of it in here...

I think what you see is one of the newer pay 2 win sh!t Talisman that give echo and some sort of a shield to the full team as soon as the wearer dies

Hallowed Eddie can also grant echo with his fury. I used him paired with a sentinel Valkyrie to very good effect, especially with valor talismans.
