Stone Talisman not working

The 2-set of a stone talisman (overwhelming) should give a defense boost of 1% of HP, but that bonus is not applying to any character.

Can something be done about this bug?

Sparton at least acknowledged the bug, so I have to believe that it's on the list of things to do/fix. In the mean time I'm just using other greens instead. Health overwhelming talismans are easily moved to another character.
