Requires level 6 7 or vortex fill. NF is stingy... Basically this is a $$$ event.. buy the souls because probably less than 0.01% of players will actually get a drop.

Primordial event and Gold & Crimson sacrifice both bugged in player favor when released, maybe this negative bug is payback for the other bonus ones?
