Do you think the sentinel troll will be single target or AOE? Warrior troll is aoe and assassin is single target. I'm thinking it might have block as a passive as that is a common sentinel ability. Perhaps a healing skill as well.

Bring on the f-ing troll souls. Here comes a shitload of auto play and ironite burning to build up vortex fodder...unless Sick broke the sac chamber with his team disposal rampage.

800 SOT one troll, seems expensive.

480 SOT - Got 1 and half troll and about 100 lilith fragments.

800 and got exactly two Trolls and 225 Lilith.
