Pretty underwhelming character so far. I wish his fury was a bit better. Not very impactful, and that 75% Perfect Sleep proc is somewhat useless because it often doesn't happen and sometimes I'd use it and they'd go to sleep and then just randomly they'd wake up with nothing else that could have triggered the wake up. The Fear part of his power move is cool, too bad it only affects one person.
If I could, I'd trade the Perfect sleep in his fury for the Fear in his power move. Then his fury would definitely shine better.

All in all, he's a very... situational.... Eddie.. he's only good under the right circumstances. Maybe someone can teach me how to use him better :p

What's fear effect? I don't remember anyone else having it.

More importantly , why is the phantom inflicting that much sleep? Operas are deadly boring for sure but loud enough to prevent sleeping...

Been playing around with him. I am guessing the 3 Assassin/3 Open slot is to be set with Nightmare Talismans but I am running Shadow. Madam and Sentinel Troll with Alchemist. Many of the abilities tend to not go off as described or at least with the listed %. Very situational and I have a defense team built just so people can see how he fairs in the Arena. I am still earning his moves and how to really use him. Nothing near what other 4* Eddies can do but I guess it's a bit of a change. I do think the "Sleep" push is coming in a bit heavy handed from the latest character releases but with so many Angel/Alchemist/Osiris builds, it's just not a viable avenue in the Arena. It's odd to have a character so "sleep" focused and none all of his abilities can be used without waking sleeping characters. He should really follow the same line as Benji in that regard.

Eclipse talismans on PvP are quite useless imo. They are easily removed by valor, purge, or any character that removes golden buffs like alchemist. Vampiric, nightmare or shadow looks better.
