Skill Scream (Arena) - Win Battles in the Arena for Charlotte Soul Fragments!

Earn Skill Shards, Charlotte Soul Fragments, a debut 2-set talisman and more by achieving milestones in the Arena!

From now until November 3rd, 5 PM PT, there are new event challenges added to the Challenges screen. These reward you for getting a certain amount of wins in the Arena before the event is over:


Win 10 Arena battles: Skill Shard x1 + Rare Soul x1 + Sands of Time x30
Win 30 Arena battles: Skill Shard x1 + Charlotte Soul Fragments x5 + Gold x150,000
Win 50 Arena battles: Skill Shard x1 + Tranquility (Will) Talisman x1
Win 100 Arena battles: Skill Shard x2 + Charlotte Soul Fragments x10 + Gold x250,000
Win 200 Arena battles: Skill Shard x2 + Charlotte Soul Fragments x15 + Tranquility (Will) Talisman x1 [FULL SET!]


In addition, there are stretch goal reward tiers for every 100 wins beyond 200 (to a max of 700 wins), that gets you Legendary Soul x1 + Skill Shard x2 + Gold x300,000 for each stretch goal achieved!

Tranquility Talismans are yellow talismans with a 2 set effect that is not available anywhere else! Equip a full set to gain a 50% Chance to Remove Perfect Immunity and grant Perfect Health buff to self for 2 turns on Perfect Attacks.

Finally, we have a series of tie-in promotional store items in the shop. If you find yourself short the wins to get to a tier that will finish the talisman set, you can buy one of the featured talisman for Ironite, and if you’d like to get a full set of the talisman with some bonus Ironite, Gold and Sands of War, there is a one-time only offer as an IAP.

Good to see that to get all the available fragments and the talismans is 200 battles, unlike some previous events where it was 300. Much more achievable, especially with many people still going on the Behind the False Mask dungeon challenge.

Yeah such a generous offer on NF's part offering 30/500 frags for Charlotte! On top of behind the false mask event and that's if you complete 200 wins in the allotted timeframe! Good one NF!

Admittedly the rewards (in Charlotte fragments) could be a bit bigger. That said, it could be the difference between finally having enough frags to get her or not, especially for those of use who aren't really competitive in Gauntlet.

Another talisman set that could come in handy for gauntlet. Some more skill shards (personally I'm not low on them) and charlotte frags while not outstanding are decent enough. Plus with the remaining days of the dungeon event giving out SoW as rewards it shouldnt cost anything or much to get to the 200. There are already quite a few lowered defence teams which helps. So overall its pretty good.

I remember they were saying about implementing the game update at end of this month, but after the recent update failure during such an event surely they won't do that again this time?!

Like the set-up. 200 is achievable for most with some time commitment, really hope this is the new approach for the arena. Charlotte frags allow for a lower than AAA finish in gauntlet so good alt route.

Feels like this caps a decent month where the event balance shifted, hopefully more of the same - don't mind throwing resources in for the return there now seems to be.

He's actually been that good since the release of the Valors. My highest finish ever was achieved using him.

I've got a weak defense as well, but it seems I'm the only one in my selections and revenge choices. This is going to take a while. I've seen a lot of hallowed Eddie paired with all 3 Egyptian Gods.

I do low D (Phantom Eddie level 80 no sharded no talismans + Pumkins level 100 sharded no talismans) ... but I don't get revenge.
Most top end players use the same teams : Hallowed Eddie, M Lilith, Alchemist, Sekhmet ... not so easy to gain wins :/

I do auto too, but I use Redan with eternity & sustains instead of Alchemist with Hallowed (sometimes switch with POM)

Fun Fact!

I was soooooo happy, that they did 200 Wins this time (and i hope it will be now standard for future Arena Events) and i could handle it..,
Then i played yesterday a game with a friend (a FREE game btw. ;) only the Gold Status costs 5 Euro for some little ingame cosmetics and help the developer who was 16!! when he started developing this game some years ago, today he stills developes this game alone, even less bugs then this game here ; )

30 Minutes before this Events ended i remembered DAMN i need to fight some Arena battles.., and i could had do it.., but because all the Players with their non one-Eddie or fun defenses i couldn't handle it in time (if there had been one two or three one-Eddies i could have do it. :D ).., i ended up with 195 WINS!!
Because i had sooooooooo much fun in a another Game with a friend.., i'm a bit disappointed that i forget it... :'D

But yeah.., it was a bit frustrating and because i had do this so easy this time with 200 i didn't get it... xD

Edit: Funny thing.., i got one Tranquility Talisman out of Skull Quest "Talisman Hoard".
Yeah.., now i have my Set complete, what i didn't because i forget to complete the 200. x'D
