Wanderer soul fragments drop

Hi devs,
I found it strange to have not receiving any wanderer soul fragments since noon. I have played early today and I've got few dropped (Warrior LOL). Since changed to the Magus LOL dungeon all wanderers soul fragments stopped appwar. Playing currently on Magus X and no drop for 3 SOT refills.
I fond that strange.
Please, check and confirm.

there is no drop it is only at 10 battles, 50 .... it is a bad event yes :)

Lol, stupid me. I was sure I have seen some fragments drop early today. Seems it wasn't a wanderer fragment :)
Sorry devs, but what of event is this if no drop?
Why just not make all special characters been paid by real money and that's it.
