Frontier coins: skill shards or souls?

Sooo....
What shoud I do? I have a Doomsday Eddie that needs another 22 shards, but other than that I dont know what to do with my 725 frontier coins. Are there souls that should be prioritized over maxing out Doomsday?

Skill Shards are raining in several events, especially sacrifice events so I would rather recommend to participate there instead of buying them!
About the souls: Lilith souls can be farmed once a month. Do you have the gods already from the event back in time? Even though I don't know your roster I would recommend to save the FC for the future :)

I actually have none of the gods and 2/5 Lilith. The gods are worth saving for then?

Gods, Lilliths, Alexander in that order.

Sekhmet,Osiris and Horus before Set and Asset (though I don't care to buy Asset and never use Set) Never spend FC on skill shards unless you have nothing else to spend them on and even then skill shards are readily available from other avenues. Skull quests and Sacrifice pit are the most common ways.

With every new character, talisman and especially skill tuning within game updates the meta that is particularly successful in PvP changes. Horus and Osiris had been very popular until the last update, Sekhmet is still very popular (probably she is the best god). But we don't how how severe the next tuning will be, so it's hard to tell. As there is no chance to get the Gods and Alexander in other ways than with FC (as things are right now...might change aswell), I would save the coins to be prepared in the long run. It all depends on your playing style, how far you are in the game and what your aims are. But still I don't see a good reason to buy Skill Shards with FC.
