Shinobi Shards Not Dropping

I’ve been clearing levels in all 3 dungeons in Brave New World and don’t always receive Shinobi shards. I did Garden of Dismay X last night...no shards (of ANY kind)... I played again today, in the other gardens also, and shards don’t always drop. The news feed says it’s GUARANTEED to drop shards, the higher the floor, the more will drop. I did Garden of Dismay X twice without receiving shards. I sent the developers an email but haven’t heard back yet.
Anyone else having this problem?

Sometimes if there is more than 3 rewards the frags come at the end of the list and may not be seen on the screen. I have averaged about 10 frags per battle at level X. What drop rate are you receiving, other have stated similar results.

I currently have a grand total of ...14 shards.
I did about 10 levels in Brave New World and got shards only 3 times....a drop of 5, and two drops of 4

You still having problems? Maybe a reinstall might help? Otherwise, I guess a ticket is in order....
