I think that we should start this thread and put there every code or gift as it appears, a lot of times many of us lose the gifts because the forum goes very quickly and in the advanced search sometimes we can´t find them or they aren´t avaiable when found (after 2 weeks) . I don´t have a facebook account or any social network (guess I´m too old...), so there are lot of codes that I´ve missed. It would be nice for all of us if we use it!

So do we know why we got this other than the mess the game is in after the update - got the email but no reason why we got it. No chat at all today from the devs to say they are on the case of the broken update and the problems it has caused. Thsi is teetering on the bad old days when this happened every update - things got worse instead of better. The new dungeons are decent for sure and they are a nice extra to have but it seems to me that there are a lot o glitches that need a quick hot fix - but nothing seems to be regitering with the devs? They may have a day off too like I have - but that is UK, not Canada.

I had (still have) the same problem, until there is a better answer, I suggest you return to an older device with a different aspect ratio.
I haven’t checked if there is a way to convert the Samsung S10+ aspect ratio back to a lesser setting. I just used an older phone for collecting ironite, thanks devs by the way! That’s 600 in less than a week for me!

Completely true. Connection drops for approximately 10 minutes about 3 times a day, every day.

Yeah. This really sucks. And the game freezes all over the time, too.
No rewards, no goodies, no exp, ... and at least ... sometimes no trooper points if the connection breaks down while using a friend’s toon ...
BtW: Does anybody of you also got a lot of bugs in the game? e.g. the amount of displayed sacrifice is totally wrong, I got all the (accomplished) missions and achievements in my scroll down - menu again ... and so on ... and, of course, I didn’t get the daily rewards (whatever that should be??) for checking into the clan for two days ... 🤬🤭

I fear for the game at time like this - there are doing too much, too quick and causing more issues for themselves. They maybe just need to take stock for a week or so and focus on getting us all into the game...shifting sands can maybe wait. I am OK I have to say but it really is not ideal for those that cannot get in. Please guys, slow down everything and concentrate on solving bugs! I have no clue on how they can compensate the LotB player community. The many who cant login in have missed participating in the events. I personally dont know how much SoT has been lost to crashes, let alone the time wasted.

For the community in general the inability to grind overnight to catch up, loss of timed key time, having to babysit any grind is just frustrated. The want us to spend money. But why try if you cant complete simple grinding tasks.

I gave up going for VH eddie, I just dont have the time to watch for crashes.

It's possible to refresh in arena. Just pay attention if changes will happen. If don't, just close the game and restart. When you touch on arena place, teams will be different. And if you are a curious cat, you can touch refresh button again. The message about 10 ironites costs will be there.

Thanks AM, and to everyone else that has contributed to this thread. I find it odd that only certain people/users get certain emails, like the one mentioned before “Sorry for the server problems, it’s on the naughty list”, or whatever. I know I never received anything like that. The free stuff is cool and all, but for a guy like me who doesn’t care all that much about freebies/spiffs/etc., a simple apology email for the servers being shitty, or even an occasional “Thanks for supporting us all these years, it’s your “xxx” anniversary (or insert something else that’s trivial) would do WONDERS — you know, something that shows I’m more than just a dollar sign with aching thumbs and an obvious addiction that is being ruthlessly exploited.

Then again, I’m a dumbass who continues to feed the machine, because I’m hooked thru the bag like the rest of ya, and I’d probably keep playing even if they started sending me lewd jokes about my mom, poisoned my dog, and wiped a booger on my steering wheel.
