Hey all. I'm David, known in-game as HeadOnFire. I've taken about a year off this game and have decided to get back into it. When I first returned, I was surprised at how many troopers I still had; then I saw that most of their last played times were well over a year ago. So, naturally, I'm looking for a new team to sound the bugle with me.
I usually change my champion every week or 2 in no particular order. Here is a list of those I choose from:
Clansman Eddie -- Immortality set, Advantage set, filler health
A great healer if you can consistently land perfect hits, which the advantage talismans help with. He's especially powerful with allies that can trigger extra turns with their basic moves (I've had good luck with my Mayan Priestess)
Benjamin Breeg Eddie -- Energy set, Immortality set
Rainmaker Eddie -- 3 Resilience sets
The Nomad -- Shell set, Strength set, Holy set
Shinobi Rogue -- Strength set x2, Health set
The Clairvoyant -- Destiny set, Health set
The Clairvoyant is one of the most effective revivers in the game, and a great healer if you can fill your fury bar quickly. With the destiny talisman she even becomes somewhat of a tank without needing to have high health.
The Alchemist -- Mark set, Titan set
Both a strong healer and damager that can clear all the debuffs on your team (including silver ones)
Corrupt General -- Future set, Energy set
The +accuracy from future talismans gives his basic (AOE) a 55% stun chance for the first 3 turns
The Prisoner -- Radiant set, Tranquility set
I'm still not sure about this build. He does very little damage but stays alive longer, as well as having better utility
Child of the Damned (Gunner) -- Energy set, Invisibility set
Gunner Valkyrie (whatever her name is): Flash set, Blind set
The Flash/Blind combo makes her great for crowd control as well as her usual support role
Child of the Damned (Assassin) -- Immortality set, Assassin set
All of them are fully skilled and are equipped with max-level (or nearly maxed) talismans.
I try to run all of my troopers every day. If you're interested in any of my champions and run your troopers regularly, go ahead and send me a request. Feel free to make requests for a particular character; I'll try to keep checking this thread so I can see if anything is in demand. I prefer troopers that are maxed out, but I'll take anybody who uses mine regularly.
[Note:] I've been experimenting with different strategies for all my characters, so any of these builds may change on a daily basis. I'll update this post whenever I make any changes.
