View Full Version : Why won't you acknowledge my email?

I wrote a nice email about how I'm owed a different tier of Gauntlet rewards and I dont even get an acknowledgement or we're looking in to it. I'm ready to spend $$ to get the Killer but you offer nothing not even a courtesy response? What kind of customer support is this?

I also got the wrong rewards and as I read your post I decide not to write to the support as it seems not to be worth my time

Sometimes it does take a couple days to get a response, but customer support is very helpful.

Though when you're writing a support ticket there should be an automated response email that tells you they'll look into it and get back to you.

I had the same issue twice in a row and contacted support each time - they had it resolved by the end of the week both times; I can't remember though whether I got an initial acknowledgement email or not. Whenever I've contacted them with an issue they've always been really helpful, even if it takes them a few days to get back in touch.

Ok, I gave it a try and just sent a Mail to the support. It just took 1 minute for an automated reply! I am curious how it goes ahead...

Update: got a nice personal reply today asking for a screenshot. So while the problem is not solved yet, I am quite happy with the precedure so far!

Update: got a final reply and missing rewards were restored to my account!
So it took around 9 days, everything was handled kindly and successfully!
