Arena Buffs Lists not Working

I was hit 3 times in less than 1 hour while never refreshing. I have seen this several times in the last few weeks. It always occurs from the top players. It somehow allowing them to renew there attack lists ignoring the fact that the opponents are not manually or auto refreshing their attack lists.

3 times is rather sweet compared to the 7 or 8 times I was attacked from the same player in a row within 2 hours plus 2 more attacks a bit later! I highly doubt that he/she really used that much ironite to refresh the list so often to always have me and my weak fun defense in the list!
This stinks, but I don't know if there is something to do against it.... devs, how do you see that?
