Game won't load

After the update I haven't been able to play. Loading screen says connect to WiFi to download game content. Then starts all over again and again. Been trying for days. Samsung galaxy on5

Ok I got past the start screen. Now instead of having the pictures of my characters I have spinning loading icons. Waited and waited still can't play. I tried clearing the cache still won't work. Hoping it fixes soon.
