Past and future skills for some characters

Will there ever be past skills for some characters? I think it would be an I te resting idea to have some characters that can change skills as Eddie's do. It could also add lore to the story. But. What do you guys think of that?

My immediate response was 'no. it should be an Eddie exclusive ability.' But then that's what I thought Fury skills were for and we have regular toons with Fury skills. So with that in mind, I think it would be interesting to give some special toons past/present/future abilities; maybe to a slightly lesser degree than the Eddies. The Eddies need to stand out some way!
