NC sac event rewards

The rewards for the new sac event don’t seem to be right. I just did a level IV sac and received 5 FFE frags but no shrieking soul frags

Tier 6 sac + full vortex and no event souls at all ... Only got usual rewards ... Support contacted ... Game hangs now at start screen as well after I tried a restart ...

Same here! I reinstalled the game and things got worse... now i dont even have access to the arena!!
