3rd Party server fix/update?

Any word or fix for the 3rd party server issues? Leviathan posted it was an Android issue. I use iOS

Game did not load current Arena event rewards (other players had issues during Sacrifice event and/or release of Bass Eddie) Game was uninstalled and reinstalled.

News tab events reverted to May 2018
Lost Arena & Gauntlet icon now says to be released in a future update
Lost Troopers icon now says to be released in a future update
Shop not updated, lost Trooper and Arena shops
Time Rift to be released in a future update - can’t access Lordof Light or BNW
In game Support tab doesn’t work

I am the same as you. Reinstalled as the new event did not load but I could get in to things no bother. Though I should reinstall and now it is exactly as you say I am on iOS too.

Please devs get a fix for this.

I'm worse than both of you. New event didn't load so tried reinstalling on Friday, now can't even get in. The normal load bar doesn't even start moving. Have raised a ticket with the help desk but very annoying, missing out on trooper points both sides, as well as all this event and the nine skull quests (inc 250k gold and 3/4 rare souls a day from the vault)

Same here, on top of all the usual ways of trying to fix things, i even upgraded my os to 12.1.1. Same result, may events/wrong heroic souls/no troopers or access to pvp. I can log in and play the grinding game though ;-)

Contacted support and got a reply from Michelle, saying that they are working with this 3rd party provider (?) to find a fix for this issue. Hope it will before the sac event ends, i have a lot for the bbq \,,/

Good that you got a reply - I have just the suto message I think as a response. No idea but third party to me sounds a little worrying as this can be a way for them to put the blame on others, rather than themselves. Bigger concern if it is a third party on the cheap. I do hope that there is a hot fix for it as my troopers get nothing and I cant do the daily stuff I usually do...other than grind/farm.

Further to my message earlier, metallicamilo's tactic worked to get in at least. Now just the same as you, no arena, troopers, etc. Did some of the skulls quests but it never marked off which ones I had and hadn't done, ones that I had then wouldn't reload (when I tried without realising it had jumped back to the start via next)

+1 here with the same situation.
I was able to get in the game using Metallicamilo's aproach, but no Arena or LoL access, no troopers and no rewards from the last Guantlet. Also I've got a support ticket response with the same info from Michelle 2 days ago. Since then nothing more received as information about the progress.
I hope they can make it works soon, before the sacrifice event ends. I have already missed third Tower talisman because of the issue and didn't get any Guantlet rewards. This could cause me problems with new characters materials gathering :(

Since Gauntlet is no longer available, no Gauntlet rewards were given. Would have had enough fragments for Final Frontier Eddie. No Mariner fragments or Talismans. No Trooper badges... Hopefully developers will credit rewards and compensate players hit by the bug. Not much definitive response on the situation from them...

I installed the game on my fiancee's phone (exactly the same model as mine) and it's working fine with my Facebook account. Sucks that I can't play on her phone much, so I hope they'll fix it ASAP.

Tried on my wife's Samsung S7 with Android 7 and issue still persists. I have no iOS devuces where to try again so I am not completely sure if it is device only, OS or account problem.

I log in with my email, so maybe the 3rd party has something to do with advertising on FB, and therefore mess things up if we don't use FB.....?🤔

Not sure. There have been a few weird things recently this one being the worst for me as I cant do much. Cant buy any new stuff or do anything other than farm the basic levels. My daughter has the game on her kindle and it wont really do anything at all while my son has the same device but it is playing fine. My ipad also work fine on another older account so really not sure. This all kicked off when I tried to reinstall after the current event did not show up at all.

Nothing at al from the devs either so getting a bit concerned that this is a bad one.

When I tried to log in via email, it took me to Facebook to log in. It maybe some setting I have, not sure. But logging via Facebook I get the issue. So don’t think Facebook/Email login involved.

Hopefully later today Leviathan will give a update...

Second try from my wife's phone and I've got full access to the whole account inventory so it seems it is no acount issue. Maybe phone or OS only. Hope they can fix it soon.

I deleted iPad app from pressing on icon, and a second time from Settings tab. Both times email login looped me to Facebook. Both times updated to broken out of date version. I don’t have an Android device to test on. I don’t know of any other way to delete it or force the app to download most current version on iPad...

After a couple of more tries of uninstall/install, with no luck of course, i charged my old sony z1 compact and wtf. Now i have access to both sac and arena event. I noticed a difference between my ipad and mobile. On the ipad these extra lines that shows that download/update were being applied, were missing. I dunno if it’s possible to force update/download on ios, but maybe that could fix the problem

I also received my gauntlet rewards, not sure about arena rewards but duelist 1 doesn’t give that much anyway

Looking at my newfound trooper tab, i can see that several (regular) players hasn’t been playing for days, so maybe the problem is bigger and more widespread, than the amount of comments on this forum shows

Getting frustrated now with the lack of update from NF. This must be the biggest issue they've had, and there seems to just be radio silence as to what is causing it and when it will be fixed.

Have had no troopers/arena/LoL etc access some Friday so have lost out on at least 5k trooper points for me and the same for my troopers (and probably lost some of them who think I've stopped logging in). Also all the benefits from the latest events/talismans etc, am basically just running the nine vault/hoards daily given they've generally better rewards than a normal level.

NF, when will this be sorted?

Yeah, this is getting old now. They need to say and do something about this - radio silence is of no use to anyone. We have all had the standard support response which in itself is a bit lazy.

If this is what bringing in third parties is like then they need to not bother and invest some of the company profits into better internal resources - less money for the share holders, a game that works for the rest of us. My company have outsourced some stuff in the past and regretted it - we do still use them of course but with service level agreements in place to make sure our customers do not get stung.

I guess at least I can farm with my SoT. I can sac but get none of the current rewards. I do seem to be getting trooper point though as it has increased each day and I have had a few notifications on opening the game too.

I'm still frustrated with it too. I tried buying stuff from the store and as the purchase was going through, the game crashed and now I can't even get past the loading screen.
I've only received an auto reply too and I truly hope this gets fixed fast. Lack of communication here is frustrating to say the least.

Turn your data off, start the game, wait until an error, then turn data back on. Opens every time for me (but with the limited access as per previous posts)

I managed toget it all loaded on my old ipad - it does crash a bit as really it is too old to run the game but most troopers will now get some badges from me at least! My phone still not loading it properly - come on devs what is the story here!

So I finished the shrieking souls event and decided I'd try a log out (Not a reinstall!) to see if it fixed my issue with not having the arena event update....

Well, no I am stuck in May on both my ipad and my iphone!

Going to try an old android google nexus tonight. Fingers crossed!

Otherwise, one other approach might be to use a free windows emulator? Going to try that if the old tablet doesnt work :(

It is back to the bad old days when we would lose the game for days - then it was better for ages and fixes were pretty quick. Now back to the old days with this one. Clearly not effecting everyone which is something.

I can get through troopers on my old ipad as it loaded everything up fine (though I can still not buy anything with money...ha ha...as that never worked on the ipad). Troopers getting done but the ipad crashes due to its age as it is an old one....but at least I can do nearly all troopers now. Still can't do much else but I can sack, do my dailies etc so an OK stop gap.

Why the radio silence though - this is very unusual for the team, to do and say nothing at all. Maybe tonight at reset as someone else mentioned or maybe the new update when it drops...who knows but I have to say for once they are damning in their silence.

Game seems to have updated itself on my iPad. Working fine, all missing features returned! Maybe a stealth patch was released overnight... Don’t really know, but happy it’s working again. Didn’t reinstall, no update from App Store. Just opened game and it was back to current version...

Does anyone know how many people have been effected by the third party problem? I have only one of my troopers that have not logged in for 1 day. I have experienced several times that it took more th han one try to login, but otherwise have not had any problems.

Guantlet is ok with sure, but I can not confirm arena too. However it was not on focus during the issues.

Got an hour sacrificing and was lucky enough to pull all the Banshee’s, Phantom Ed(new for me) and got enough Fragments for Bass Eddie. Lucky I just managed to do the event.

On like 835 Blood Fragments so i hope there’s another event for them as I’m so close to Killer Prime.

My iphone seems to be fixed - I tried it late last night UK time and it loaded up with no hitches at all. The devs emailed me to say there was a fix via an update early next week btu mine seems fine now so there must have been a server side fix at the third party - the comms between NF and the third party cannot be great as I cant see how they would not now that some fixes could happen server side without an update? Odd, but no compliants her as at least i can play all the parts now (well PVP and Gauntlet work as does LOL). We are getting compensation (not sure if global or not as support email sounded like it might be more directed) and an extra week or the current event due to issues - so no real idea of the sclae of the issue and how many affected but I started off in arena at around 1800 I think it was and I am usually starting at around 300 or so at reset.
