Purple Banshee - Passive explanation needed

like the title says. How does her passive works? And how to get around her?

Yes, passive disable but what if that is not an option? seems like not matter what do you you cannot damage anyone.

When she is paired with blue lilith is almost impossible to do any damage.

Devs please, a little explanation here.

Disable Passive is really the best bypass but you can get lucky and do enough damage to Magus Lillith. Then target Banshee.
