Alliance General bug?

Having a strange issue with the Alliance General after the new update, where he will drain MY Fury instead of the ENEMY'S Fury. Sometimes, he even gives the enemy Fury! Anyone else getting this?

On emulator it is working, but not on mobile phone. No comment....

Can't get in, too. Blue bar maybe reaches 15% and that's it. Disappointing.
