I stopped posting all the bugs I see (and thzere are soooooooo many), because you simply don't have the the skills to fix them.

Clearing data and cache worked for me, a different fix could be reinstalling the game. Last event of January has been launched.

Just reinstalled my game. Seems to be working so far. The update is downloading, which is progress compared to being stuck at a blue bar at 15%.

Looking away from the myriad of problems we're seeing with this update, I just wanna say that Shadow Wickerman Eddie and The Ferryman are two of the most amazingly designed characters I've seen in the game! Spectacular job on these guys!

Just to confirm, can you please let me know if the fragments you are using are the Shadow Wicker Man Soul fragments, or the regular Wicker Man Soul fragments?

The store items will not be purchasable with the Shadow Wicker Man version of those fragments.

Some quick questions about the dungeon event:

1. Which Wicker Man Eddie fragments can be used to buy things in the Store? The News Feed says regular ones, but the icon on the Store items looks like the Shadow ones.

2. Shadow Souls are not appearing in the Store for Wicker Man frags, despite the News Feed saying they should be.

3. The rewards button for the dungeon indicates that the Oracles that drop are Power sub-type. But, the offer in the Store for 2 of them is of the Arcane sub-type. Is that intended?

Do we have to delete and reinstall the app to make it work ? I get the message "about to downolad 10mb blahblah" but then nothing happens. And yes, my wifi is working great.
I really dont want to delete the app since I dont remember the password of the email I registered with and dont want to lose my account.

These are great questions.


1) The Regular Wicker Man Fragments are used to buy items in the store (rather than the Shadow Wicker Man Fragments), although their fragments do look very similar

2) This issue was addressed in a server update last night. Shadow Souls are now purchasable with Wicker Man Fragments.

3) This is intentional.

We just released a hotfix this morning that addresses this loading issue. Head to the App/Google Play store and download it now to recieve the fix (no reinstallation required!)

what can you do with shadow wicker man fragments? Only create the soul? when you create and use the soul does it also give you ferryman frags?

Nice to see CR and Wickerman Eddies get a pretty good boost. Pity Grim Reaper wasn't afforded similar treatment recently...needs a good stat boost as he now is lagging behind 4* characters. Sure it is time?

Hey Leviathan,

I noticed that because of the skill changes in Carriage Rider amd Wickerman Eddie, we lost all the skill shards that we had on those skills. I believe we should get those skills applied to the new skills or receive compensation for the Skill Shards lost

I'll second this Developers, we deserve compensation for removing skill shards on skills that have been replaced I.e Wither and Life Line on Carriage Rider Eddie. Please fix this a.s.a.p!

Lifeline got 1 more level..Fury got 1 more level.. So what WAS a maxed out Eddie now needs 6 more skill shards. Same thing Happened when they boosted Tailgunner.

At least that's what I thought was going on. I honestly can't recall how many skill shards were on CR.. I know I had him "maxed" and he isn't now. I jsut thought it was due to more ability tiers.

A fair question, I guess we can go to character description and look at what old Carriage Rider had, I guarantee they haven't amended that description yet! Perhaps your right!

Yeah.. that's kind of what I figured was happening. Whenever a "maxed" character is no longer "maxed" after an update, that's generally why.

I was very careful to check my Carriage Rider before I put anything up so I didn't look like a fool, seems I managed to do that anyway....
Just to clarify CR fury got one extra shard level, basic scythe used to have 2 now has 4 and mine are skill shard full, Wither was 0 skill shards now has 4, Life line had 0 now has 4, torch had 3 now has 4 again mine is full, preserve hasn't changed, so Unless CR has been upgraded once before, and I didn't know and had already skill sharded him, we have actually gained skill shards not lost them... I guess I gotta retract my earlier statement...

I think they sort of "redistribute" things if needed. They don't remove skill shards, but they may place it randomly on some other ability if it's going to be removed from the ability it's on. Although I can't ever recall a character LOSING ability tiers. All I can remember is them being added.

Anyway I was jsut pointing out that a few times characters have needed more skill shards after an update. But I've never seen one lose skill shards.

Wither and Lifeline aren't *new* skills though. CR ALWAYS had those skills.. but they had no SS slots before.

Yup is right. We didn’t loose any SS, they just added new skill levels. Everything was correct here. Also I have to admit that fully sharding Base, Wicker Man and Carriage Rider again with over 20 SS (don’t remember the exact number) was pretty tough.

My Wickerman Eddie was maxed (it were my first fully maxed Eddie) and they indeed put more levels on the skills, but WE and SWE are so weak that cant survive the end game pve or pvp

At Least the Wickermans got new skills animations and it is cool, but is kinda sad that SWE is the premiun version of a puny Eddie...

Until this event if never had the wickerman Eddie to even play. I pulled him and once I recover from this I'm going to get to finally do the mission where I need him. He eluded me for over a year, until now.
