Anyone else having problems logging in since the update? I woke up, downloaded the update so I could get into the game before the reset so I could claim my daily rewards and have been stuck on the loading screen since. I even cleared the cache for the app and restarted my phone and still nothing.

I can't log in. Got the new update she I can't even get to the blue bar. 30 minutes and no luck. Cleared all storage and restarted my phone and nada....

The servers are likely still down due to the update. Usually, the update is available in the Stores before the servers come back up.

I wish that was the case Druid but my son is already in the game and playing with the new update and dungeon. He has a Galaxy S9+ and I have a Galaxy S8+.

Got the update from Apple Store, but getting gallo1 error when trying to open
Edit: gallo1 error was related to my wifi network. Deleted app and reinstalled, took about 2 minutes. Seems there's a new event!

Well, that's not good then. I can't get in either - from two different phones.

I tried clearing the cache and that didn't work. I cleared the game data and restarted the game through email login, that worked for me.
Im on a s9 and can not load either
Will i lose anything valuable by clearing game data?

It's possible. I don't have the exact answer for you, so wait to get one here before you do it.

I didn't lose anything. Just make sure you know your name and password for either FB or email to be able to restart your game.
That may be a problem. I havnt logged out in 2 yrs lol

I just did what was suggested, I uninstalled the game and then reinstalled it, of course I had to send a request for my password, no one ever remembers that one generated for you...
But it is working ok so far...

Yes, the clear cache and clear data (no reinstall) worked for me, as well.

I'm having trouble getting on as well. The bar stays at half an inch. This is after getting the new update.
Uninstall/reinstall worked here. Just had to tap through the 50463 pop ups that appear.

cleared my cache and got in, played a bit, then the whole thing shut down
new game data just popped up.. so they may be correcting issues.

Hello everyone! Thank you for the bug reports regarding the loading issues with today's update. We have identified the cause of these loading issues and are working on a solution.
IF YOU HAVE NOT CONNECTED YOUR APP TO FACEBOOK OR EMAIL - Please do not uninstall and reinstall. We are currently working on a hotfix that will be able to get you into the game without reinstallation.
IF YOU HAVE CONNECTED YOUR APP TO FACEBOOK OR EMAIL, please uninstall and reinstall the game to access the newest update (see update details in the newsfeed)!
Once reinstalled, you can log back into your account on the title screen:
- tap the profile icon on the bottom left (do NOT tap the Start button)
- tap 'Email Login' or 'Facebook Login'
- if you have forgotten your password, tap the 'i' icon in the password field to reset it.
IF YOU HAVE ALREADY REINSTALLED AND CANNOT REMEMBER YOUR LOGIN. Please contact our support team by tapping the Support button in the Settings menu, or email
[email protected].

Holly Cow! I lost everything! 2 years of building gone! unloaded then reloaded game because I read that was how someone got back in after this maintenance fiasco! Anyone know how I can get my info?history back???? CRUSHED!!!!!!!!!

Do you have an account linked to an email address or facebook profile? If you do it is just a matter of logging back in with your email and password.
If not, I am not sure what can be done to get your profile/account back, if it is even possible? I think it may be linked to the device so once you uninstall there is the chance it might be gone for good...I'd suggest contacting support and see what they say.
Majice, that sux, please tell me you didnt hit start. if so you just lost everything for good

Maybe not; once I had a issue with getting on after uninstalling and reinstalling. If you click the start but Did not link the new game with an email or Facebook account, then you can uninstall and reinstall again and click the profile button instead of the start and your stuff should be back.
Had to reinstall the game on all devices, cause it didn’t load after the update. Great work NF!
i must reinstall 2 times on 3 devices and than game start working normal...

I can not log in anymore since the update. This will be the first day in two years that I can not play my troopers .....

Try again, I just tried and the game loaded!

I have just had a new update from apple store just land - so something has been fixed. I was getting on OK so fingers crossed there are not more problems!

Help! My girlfriend cannot log in to the game on iOS. Problem is that she didn't connect the account with e-mail nor FB. What to do now? It's stuck on the maintenance screen. I know that reinstalling can destroy all progress in this case.
I hope you're working on the issue, NF. Is there any estimated time when the game is going to be fixed?

Hi Knut!
Our update should be available in the App Store now. Get your girlfriend to download our most recent update (released just this morning), and she will be able to load the game again (no reinstallation required!).

Thanks, Leviathan! It worked! The update didn't install automatically and she had to open it manually in the App Store and update it there.
Phew! Now she's back in, she immediately connected it with the e-mail just in case.
