Game Glitch! Starting a level and the splash screen switches and then Nothing!!

This is how it starts...
1) I set up my Eddie and my charicters...usually they are already preselected.
2) I hit start and the Splash Screen starts up, switches splash screen again and goes back to charicters select screen!!

I have contacted tech support for weeks now and still Nothing new to report, this Glitch is an everyday thing for me...
And YES...I restarted game, cleaned out cache, uninstalled and reinstalled, including the Latest patch or Update...
I have even closed out the game restarted my ANDROID (INSIGNIA) MANY TIMES TO NO Avail!!

Does anyone else have this glitch or problem!???

Aventally at some point it goes back to Normal only to start again 4 to 6 times I start any kind of Match!!

I have never seen that problem before but now that you've made it public I would hope the developers will be all over it rather quickly!

Yeah actually, having that problem Right now!! Can't finish skull quests...
I have corresponding emails with a guy named Sam who is in tech support but I haven't heard anything in a week...
Of course this could be my cheap shit Insignia Android tablet... Might have to switch to my cell phone...
It just started a few months ago and gradually got worse... It started in cosmos runs now it's happening to every part of the game except PVP!!

IM LIKE IN AWE AS TO WHY!!??

Well the problem with my phone is... Limited space! I can't get apps to install on the 64 GB memory card cause the Android version on my phone simply does not work!!!
Catch 22!!

Yeah it took some doing but, i got my Cell phone to finally load the game!! :)

In the past I've had this problem too. But for me it occurs very rarely. Since I been playing I've had it no more than 3 or 4 times.

Well my luck it's ongoing, so I switched to me cell phone ...so far so good!
